Introduction of the Xiugang Campus
Education is a long-distance journey of love and belief. I have always held the conviction that every child matters and that each one deserves a stage that best suits them. As educators, it is our responsibility to build the steps that lead them onto that stage—so they may grow through challenges and experiences, and eventually stand tall with confidence, shining in their own light.
I firmly believe in a student-centered approach to teaching, and in an educational philosophy that emphasizes support over restriction, inclusion over separation, and a balance between structure and culture. In a world of constant change, this mindset allows us to continually realize the ideal of holistic education. Education is not about creating sterile greenhouses, but about walking alongside our students as they stumble and rise—nurturing resilience, courage, humility, and compassion along the way.
At Kang Chiao, we embrace both challenge and innovation. Here, we value not only the strength of our curriculum and systems, but also the cultivation of culture and the building of a shared atmosphere.
