Kang Chiao Senior High
Senior High at Kang Chiao International School – Xiugang Campus spans Grades 10–12 and represents a period of increasing academic depth, independence, and choice. Building on the foundations established in Junior High, students are supported as they clarify their interests, strengthen learning habits, and prepare for post-secondary pathways.
Within the Taiwan system, Senior High begins in Grade 10. At the Xiugang Campus, Grade 10 continues within the framework of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme, serving as a bridge year that allows students to consolidate conceptual understanding, refine Approaches to Learning skills, and develop greater academic confidence before making pathway decisions.
In Grades 11 and 12, students at the Xiugang Campus select from multiple academic pathways designed to reflect different strengths, goals, and university aspirations. Course selection is guided carefully to ensure academic challenge, coherence, and alignment with future plans, while maintaining flexibility as students’ interests continue to evolve.
