I firmly believe that every child is important and every child has a stage that suits them best. As educators, our responsibility is to build as many steps as possible for our students to climb onto the stage, so that they can grow stronger through challenges and experiences, and then confidently stand on that stage and shine brightly.

I firmly uphold a student-centered core of teaching, as well as an educational attitude that emphasizes support rather than constraints, inclusion rather than isolation, and equal importance on systems and culture. In this rapidly changing era, this allows us to continue practicing the ideal of holistic education. Education is not about creating a sterile greenhouse; it is about accompanying and guiding children through their stumbles and falls while cultivating their resilience, courage, humility, and kindness.

Kang Chiao is a school that embraces challenge and innovation. Here we not only focus on solid curriculum and systems, but also value the cultivation of culture and the co-creation of atmosphere.
