Our Strategic Plan

Our Strategic Plan is grounded in evidence, reflection, and a shared commitment to continuous improvement. It is directly informed by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation process, which included a comprehensive self-study, external review, and analysis of student learning, programs, and systems across the school.

Through this process, areas for growth were identified and refined in collaboration with faculty, leadership, and the wider school community. The resulting 2024–2028 Schoolwide Action Plan aligns accreditation recommendations with long-term priorities, ensuring that improvement efforts are purposeful, coherent, and responsive to student needs. This plan guides how we strengthen learning, support wellbeing, and build sustainable systems over time.

Strategic Priorities 2024–2028
